VFL Josh Dobbs hosts youth football camp on June 26

Chattanooga, Tennessee (Press Release) – Former University of Tennessee star and current Pittsburgh Steelers QB Josh Dobbs to host 2021 Josh Dobbs Youth Football Camp presented by Food City in Chattanooga at Baylor School June 26 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. During the day of the camp, Josh Dobbs and the camp coaches will provide campers with valuable football knowledge and practical instruction in a fun, energetic and positive environment. Camp activities will include lectures, foundational skill stations, contests and awards. All campers will be grouped according to their age to ensure appropriate levels of competition and instruction.

Each camper will receive a limited edition camp t-shirt, a photo of camp with Josh, and take-out items from camp sponsors. Dobbs will be on hand to run the camp and will be joined by coaches from the local high school and youth league. The camp is open to boys and girls of all skill levels aged 6 to 16. Angela joined the News 12 team in November 2017 as a weekend sports anchor and reporter. Angela is proud to be part of an Army family, which means she has hometowns all over the East Coast. Most recently, she made her home in Peachtree City, Georgia, where she graduated from Trinity Christian School and spent her free time driving her purple golf cart. She then traveled to Milledgeville, Georgia to study at Georgia College and State University. Proud Bobcat, Angela graduated with a Bachelor of Mass Communication Summa Cum Laude and represented her class of December 2016 as one of three majors. Angela comes to Scenic City from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where she worked for NBC’s affiliate, WMBF News. Before the big move, she worked as a sports information assistant at Georgia College, which got her paid to be the Bobcats’ biggest fan. It all started in Savannah, Georgia, where she interned for SAV’s number one station, WTOC. When she’s not working, you can find Angela watching the New York Giants, Rangers, or pretty much any other game that’s going on. She also enjoys traveling, hiking and exploring new places, all with her camera in hand.
