Host Agency Reviews Announces 2021 Travel Agent Survey
Host Agency Reviews (HAR) has announced its 2021 survey of travel agents. This is the first year that HAR has combined its fee survey and its income survey into one. The research provides essential data on the income, fees and demographics of independent travel counselors.
HAR will also monitor the impact of COVID on the travel counselor community to provide suppliers with a better understanding of the travel agent distribution channel. The research will also help travel counselors assess their own progress and support lobbying efforts on behalf of the travel agent industry.
