DJ Uiagalelei becomes first Tiger to sign with agent

The first player in Clemson’s football history to sign with an agency and still be eligible to play college sports is QB DJ Uiagalelei.

Uiagalelei, the second-year quarterback from Inland Empire, Calif., Announced he had signed a deal with Vayner Sports on Friday afternoon.

Uiagalelei has revealed that he will work with his family and the agency to promote his brand and research any potential options he may have in terms of name, image and likeness (NIL).

Vayner Sports presents itself as a “central social and digital agencyAnd was founded by Gary and AJ Vaynerchuk. The agency represents athletes such as Isaac Rochell (Chargers DE), Leonard Williams (Jets DE), Charlotte Flair (WWE Superstar), Stipe Miocic (UFC Heavyweight Champion) and many more in a plethora of sports.

If he plays well, DJ Uiagalelei will be a millionaire before he leaves Clemson’s football program

Uiagalelei knew what he was doing when he decided to hire an agency to take care of him. He wanted to have someone with professional experience and wanted to make the most of his opportunity.

It’s a decision that benefits both Uiagalelei and the agency. When he graduates from college there is a good chance that Uiagalelei will be Vayner Sports‘ most notable client and he will absolutely take this agency to new heights.

If we see DJ Uiagalelei leading Clemson football to a national championship and he turns out to be a top player at the national level, he could easily leave Clemson as a millionaire before even preparing for a team in the NFL.

We suggest that you are going to see major sponsorship deals follow DJ Uiagalelei’s path before all is said and done. He will be one of the country’s foremost college athletes over the next two years and his signing with an agency shows us that he is preparing for that to happen.
