Beyond the Negotiation podcast breaks down mental health awareness

NFL Agents Sam Tiger and Hygens Success describe their journey as NFL Agents in the NFL. In today’s episode, they talk about mental health awareness.

Description of the podcast: Beyond The Negotiation hosted by NFL Agents Sam Tiger and Hygens Succes takes listeners on an exclusive journey through “The Year of the Agents”. Tiger and Succes will discuss the ins and outs of what NFL agents go through with topics that include: recruiting potential clients, the entire writing process, what it takes to be an agent, working with them clients and their families, marketing deals, getting hired (and fired), and much more, as they provide raw and honest information about the sporting agent profession. The show will also feature guests who include current and former players, team staff, coaches, nutritionists, financial advisers and all of the other players involved in the careers of agents and players.

Biography of Sam Tiger: Sam Tiger’s passion for the sports and entertainment industry began at a young age as she moved around the United States and abroad due to her father’s career. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management as well as a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in sports law and management. Sam is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor as well as a Marketing Agent for the NFL, CFL, MLB, and other professional athletes and artists. Prior to launching his independent agency Sam Tiger MGMT in 2016, Sam worked in college football in player marketing, events and management for ESPN West Palm, the Capital One Orange Bowl and the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.

Biography of Hygens Succes: Hygens Succes was born in Haiti before moving to Belle Glade, Florida in 1998, and currently resides in West Palm Beach, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a Master of Science in Sports Management. First registered as a contract advisor to the NFLPA in 2016. His passion for the sport matured during his many years as a high school football player and then as a running linebacker at the University of Florida ( Go Gators).
